My husband is a real meat and potatoes eater. Problem is, he has high cholesterol and was diagnosed with prostate cancer last year. I on the other hand am supposed to eat more red meat because I have iron-poor blood. I've been cooking 2 different meals for us almost every night, but this is so exhausting and time consuming. Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can reconcile our health concerns and make one healthy dinner we can both enjoy?

MY HUSBAND NEEDS TO CUT HIS SALT INTAKE SO I FIX STIR FRY BY USING TYSON SKINLESS BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS,SLICED INTO STRIPS,,FROZEN STIR FRY VEGGIES AND LOW SODIUM SOY SAUCE...WE BOTH LOVE THIS & EAT IT EVERY WEEK WITHOUT BECOMING BORED.USE A LITTLE CORNSTARCH DISSOLVED IN COLD WATER THEN SLOWLY ADD TO SKILLET DURING THE LAST 5MIN. OF COOK TIME TO THICKEN...SERVE OVER BROWN RICE IF DESIRED.
