in may i won one of the daily prizes. the message i received said that if i did not receive my prize in 12 weeks, to notify Q&S. It is past 12 weeks and i have not received anything. what do i do next.

hi. was it the Terracycle Urban Art Pot prize? i won that too and still have not received it either. i sent an email to Q&S about 2 weeks ago and all i got was a reply saying that they will be "in touch shortly if necessary" and that the magazine has ceased publication. i never received any follow-up. i then replied to that email, but didn't get any response back.

I also won this...I've emailed a few people..who say they are looking into it, and I have included all my emails including the winning notification one. I still have NOT gotten any word on this. Last response was Aug. 28th who also said they were looking in to it, and would get back to me right away.....today is Sept, 2nd, and nothing.

We are looking into every message we get about winners not having received their prizes. Sometimes we can resolve it within a few days; other times, it can take longer.

We send out thousands of prizes, and occasionally we hit a snag with a particular prize that delays shipment. But rest assured we haven't forgotten anyone and are actively working to make sure everyone gets their prize!
