that I won an instant prize on June 1, 2008. I have not received the prize and I emailed with the confirmation number but have not had a response. any information would be helpful. Thank you

It takes 10 - 12 weeks after your winning date to get your prize

I STILL have not received my prize that I won back in May, I have called, and emailed several people, without any luck in receiving any sort of answer as to where it is or how much longer it will be before I receive it in the mail. Its been over the allotted 10-12 weeks.

I have emailed twice with the information about 2 prizes I won, and have not received the prize or any information. I don't think they had any intentions of sending these prizes. I see the explanation on some that they haven't forgotten about the prizes, but they don't seem to send them or notify people that they are still trying and the prize winners will receive them. Common courtesy would be to notify the winners if there is a problem.

If you still haven't received your prize, the fastest way to let us know is to go to to the Contact Us page and click on "Sweepstakes & Contests." You'll then access a form you can fill out. Be sure to include the date you won and the prize, which will help us track the prize faster.
