I just got back from PR. After doing many research for the cheapest fare, I finally found one with a hugh discount. The cheapest I found for the time I was leaving, was $353.00 round trip with spirit airlines. I did the reservation online. I book the flights and continue to the next page, and I uncheck the travel insurance box which brought the fare down to $280.00. (Most of us pay for this insurance that we don't really need) Right under the check box it read if I was to become a member and apply for their credit card it would deduct $40.00 off. Of course I was not going to pass up that deal. The round trip fare cost me $240.00, saving $113.00.

This is such an easy question to answer:

I save a ton by staying home.

Don't feel bad Shari as I don't do planes either as I am a big chicken. I'm staying home with all my kids and grandkids and hubby too!
