Hi. I am a member of a shopping program and wanted to share this information with everyone. The company sends you a scanner device (very small) and you hook it up to a phone line. All you have to do is scan everything you purchase (groceries, clothing, etc) anything that has a bar code is scannable. It transmits daily to their company. Once you receive enough points, you can redeem for a $25 or $50 Visa gift card! It only takes a few minutes each day to scan whatever you buy (and also your coupons). I have been a member for 3+ years now and they are currently recruiting new members. If anyone is interested, please PM me and I will send you the toll free number and my account number (you get points for referrals).

Thanks!! Have a great day!

I'm guessing that you are doing the one for a major company? Just know it's not for everyone. It can be difficult to get to work with your phone line. After 3 weeks of trying I gave up as it wouldn't transmit after the first week. After discussing with tech support, their only option would be to transmit via my PC after downloading a program that monitors everything you do and every site you visit online or off. (Not for me)
It can get pretty tedious scanning EVERYTHING. The method and rate of points accumulation are listed on their website. A lot of people have found it to not be work their trouble, however others find it simple to do and easy to giveup with. However if you have the time, inclination & patience this company actually does pay out. They also have sweeps. I know someone who stuck it out and one of the $1000 cash prizes.

Just like anything else you sign up for read the fine print and the details. I do much better with online surveys. For the one main company I work with I am able to cash out with $50 worth of gift certificates a couple of times a year.

I belong to Home Scan http://www.homescan.com/homescan/US/EN/Home.htm

Using a handheld scanner, I scan the purchases I make and transmit weekly. No muss, no fuss. Takes a while to gain enough points to get a prize or such but I like it.

I wouldn't think posting your email on a forum would get any more spam. I'm so used to junk mail anyway, I just delete it since you can tell what it is without even opening it. You cant get past the junk mail any way you do it. It'll be sent regardless.

Homescane is who I have been with for 3 years and I have scanned enough to get a nice git for my kitchen and a very big gift for my yard so far and I still have points left. You do have to scan everytime you buy anything, but most of the stores you do not have to put a price in for teh item as the scanner already holds that info. They are legit.

Yes. And it must be a regular land line not a VOIP line.
