After kidney surgery last year. I was 250 pounds. All the women in my family were that heavy at my age of 44 years. My grandfather was such was inspiration to me when he was alive. He died of a heart attack at age 80. My son walks with me now. He is 10 years old, and is walking off the baby fat. Its nice to have someone to walk with. and I am working up to running again.

Good for you !! You're looking out for yourself and that 10-year old son. Keep up the good job. I find it a struggle just trying to get 10 pounds off. Good luck to you.

Congratulations on losing all the weight as that had to be quite a chore. I walk almost every day but not too far since I had a hip replacement. I want to keep my weight where it's at if I can as I use to be very thin and now I'm probably just right.
