I started walking outside last May '07 weighing 189.2 pounds. I also was counting my calories but not being real strict. I would walk an average of maybe 3 miles per day. Once the weather changed in late novemeber, I started doing Walk Away The Pounds videos with Leslie Sansone. I have a variety of her dvd's that work on different parts of the body. It is now May 08' and I am down to 166.2 pounds. I am really proud of what I have lost so far. I know it dont sound like much, but I am losing it slow. I was told that was "a good" way to lose weight because your more apt to keep it off.
Im still walking but Im switchin up between outside walks and the dvd's.

I really think that is awesome and yes I have always heard that it is better to loose it slowly. I have done the diets where you loose real fast and it always comes back with a little extra. so keep up the good work. I have been walking every night. If not outside then I am walking inside especially when I get to busy and then it is already dark. So I figure it is best to do it inside that late. Anyways I do look forward to hearing more about your progress and I will post mine hopefully in about another week or so. I have only done one time on the scale since I started. Keep me posted and thank you. Toni
