January 2008, 3 teachers and I started walking after school on the second floor of the building where we work. We have been walking everyday. I have used a form from the January 15,2008 Q & S magazine to document our miles and minutes. Today, I decided to calculate our progress. We were all amazed when our totals from January through April 11, 2008 have come to 218 miles and 44 hours.....WOW! It is amazing what we have accomplished. We are very proud of our success and commitment. Thanks for your form and encouragement.
