I'm real proud of myself. I have been walking 2 miles a day on my treadmill, no matter what. I also work in a 2 story dental office, so I go down and upstairs all the time. I even find myself going up and down even when I do not really need to. Pretty insane, but I'm real motivated and seeing great results.

hello i am a walker also. i walk about twice a day and for me that is about 8 miles each day i try not to miss no day. it gives me alot of energy and maintain my weight.
