With high cholesterol and diabetes I was very lazy and always thought that if I ignored it, it would go away! Last October my blood work did not come back so good so I joined the gym the next day.I was walking two miles and swimming everday and my numbers came way down including on the scale! Then, last month I was diagnosed with heart disease and didn't think it was worth the membership to even go. I am now back up to 2 miles 6 days a week and back in the pool. It does make a difference to keep your body moving. I'm looking gorward to being a healthier person!
