Second to my loved ones voices - I love to hear the sound of my Basset Hound crunching her dog food.

To me, there is nothing sweeter than the sound
of waves breaking on shore. If I were rich, I
would buy a house on the beach and sit out on the porch listening to the waves and be content.

I know this was not on the survey,but I like the sound of peace and quiet. I know that sounds crazy but when your husband likes a lot of noise because he can't stand quiet. But I do like all of the sounds in the survey.

I love all types of music, but there is something magical about the sound of rain on the roof or the sound of the waves from the ocean. Mother Nature most certainly created the most beautiful music of all with the sounds of nature.

Someone else saying "dinner's ready".

The sound of children playing outdoors. I love to hear it when my kids play tag or hide and seek. It brings back memories of when I played these games.

I agree with you Laneyw, nothing better than a home on the beach front and listening to the sound of the ocean.

I LOVE ALL THE PICKS, BUT TO ME LAUGHTER MAKES YOU SMILE AND BE HAPPY INSIDE. I LOVE TO SEE PEOPLE HAVING FUN AND I REALLY LIKE IT WHEN MY GRANDCHILDREN ARE PLAYING AND ALL ARE GETTING ALONG. THIS IS WHEN YOU HEAR LAUGHTER AND FROM A CHILD IT SOUNDS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. MUSIC TO THIS GRANDMA'S EARS. LOVE THE SOUND OF HAPPY CHILDREN.

I know this may sound lame but I love all sounds right now! See, I lost my hearing many years ago due to an accident and I now have a Cochlear Implant. This is allowing me to hear all over again. I find myself saying many times a day "What the hell was that?" then rush off to investigate the "new sound".

It's truly amazing how you never really do appreciate what you have until you lose it.

Laughter is very catchy and it keeps you young at heart...lowers blood pressure...releases feel-good endorphines and it just makes you happy. Everything else is irrelevant.

I relish in the laughter of my family and others. Laughter is healing in so many ways. I wish and need to laugh more each day- we all do!

I REALLY LOVE ALL THE SOUNDS,LIKE MY LITTLE NEPHEW'S LAUGH WHEN I PLAY WITH HIM,HE'S ONLY 6MTH'S OLD AND MAKES US LAUGH EVERY MOMENT HE SPENDS WITH US..AND I LOVE THE SOUND'S OF ALL THE DIFFERENT BIRDS IN OUR BACKYARD,,THE WINGS OF THE HUMMING BIRDS AND THE SOUND OF OUR RIPPLING WATERFALL.ALL THESE THINGS ARE "MUSIC TO MY SOUL"...HAVE A BLESSED DAY...PEACEROSE
